These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of maral-foods.com and your purchase of products offered under the MARAL brand.
MARAL is a brand of TAMAR FOODS INC. (“MARAL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or purchase products through it.
1. Online Store
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform through which we offer our products and services.
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

By placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
You may not use our products or services for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws.

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. However, packaging, decorative patterns, colors, presentation details, and other visual characteristics may vary slightly from photographs or displays on the website.
Product availability is subject to change without notice.
Where a product is offered with varying decorative artwork, patterns, or presentation details and the product page states that selection is based on availability, customers may not receive the exact decorative variation pictured.
Product weight, contents, ingredients, and other material product information are identified on the applicable product page and/or product packaging.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Submission of an order does not by itself guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
- Product unavailability.
- Pricing or listing errors.
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.
- Payment problems.
- Shipping restrictions.
- Orders that appear to violate these Terms or applicable law.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider’s processing procedures.

Prices may change without notice. The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, events beyond our reasonable control, or other external circumstances may occur.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Order Problems
Because MARAL sells food products, sales are generally final and products are not returnable merely because of a change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@maral-foods.com.
We may request photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label to evaluate the issue.
Depending on the circumstances, an eligible claim may be resolved through replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy.
Our Refund Policy contains the complete terms applicable to returns, refunds, replacements, and order problems and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
