MARAL ships throughout the United States and internationally to destinations served by USPS.

Order processing

Available products are in stock and ready to ship. Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, are generally processed and handed to the carrier the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays are processed on the next business day.

United States shipping

Everyday Collection and Portable Collection orders of $15 or more qualify for free U.S. shipping. Orders from those collections below $15 ship for $4.99.

One Gift Collection item ships for $30. Shipping is free when two or more Gift Collection items are purchased in the same order. For mixed carts containing one Gift Collection item, the $30 gift shipping rate applies; mixed carts containing two or more Gift Collection items qualify for free shipping.

Orders ship with USPS. The estimated U.S. transit time is approximately 3 business days after processing. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International shipping

International shipping is available to eligible destinations served by USPS. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other destination-country charges. Delivery times vary and may be affected by customs.

Delivery issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise has a delivery problem, email info@tamar-foods.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label when applicable. After review, we may provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
